Sanctuary is a warm, nurturing blend with soothing notes of ylang ylang, earthy vetiver, and gentle rose, created to offer a sense of comfort and calm. Pink Yarrow & Bleeding heart flower essence accompanies this blend, supporting emotional healing and creating space for vulnerability, connecting us to the heart chakra.

The notes in Sanctuary may be helpful in moments of anxiety, mood swings, and emotional overwhelm. Ylang ylang is known in aromatherapy for its ability to support peace, soften feelings of anger, and offer a sense of safety and ease. Vetiver helps ground us when we feel disconnected from our bodies or the earth. Known as the oil of tranquility in Sri Lanka, it’s also traditionally used in India to scent homes, inviting in a calming atmosphere.
How to use our Aromatherapy balms: Wear it on your skin and carry your favourite scent with you through the day. Gently massage on your wrists, temples, neck, hands or feet and experience their aromatherapeutic properties. These balms double as a nourishing skin treatment or can be a simple palm inhalation ritual: massage a small amount into your hands, cup your hands, breathe deeply, and let the scent anchor you.
Aromatherapy inhalation is a powerful way to self soothe. Because scent travels directly to the part of the brain that processes emotion and memory, its effects can be felt almost instantly.
